We provide a range of tourism and adventure activities including desert safaris, city tours, cruises, theme park visits, cultural experiences, and private excursions across the UAE. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents. Confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp once the booking is successfully processed. Guests are requested to verify all details carefully.

4. Payments

When you make a reservation for a tour on our website, you agree to pay the confirmed cost of the tour or excursion, including a 5% VAT tax. The cost and selected services will be confirmed with our reservation team before the payment process

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• • Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Ellora Tours and Safari reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. In such cases, guests will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund

6. Responsibilities

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our tour guides. Ellora Tours and Safari is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage caused by negligence or failure to comply with safety rules.

7. Transport & Delays

Pickup and drop-off times are approximate and may vary based on traffic and location.Guests are requested to be ready at the designated point at least 15 minutes prior to departure.

8. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest behaving inappropriately or under
the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts.
